Man-God

THE MAN-GOD

When a work is held in high regard for a long period of time, that work seems to become as herald as the bible.

As such, it’s authors looked at as a “man-god” of sorts.

Let’s take Nietzsche for example. All of his works, seem (ironically) infused with some inaccessible divine wisdom.

But this is never true. For no author. Not Nietzsche, not Dostoskey. Not John, not James. Not me, not you.

All men, are men. A seemingly simple revelation, and I’m sure you can easily understand what I mean.

However, I dare you to truly infuse this doctrine into your entire being. I dare you to read the libraries of old, and say that it came from man. Say it could come from you. Watch the greatest movies, witness the highest art, observe the highest mountain. And reject all awe.

It’s quite difficult, yes?

.

Let’s look at this deeper.

I lied before. These works truly are infused with divine. But, this divine essence is not inaccessible to the common man- nay, it quite literally is in every fibre of his own being!

So, yes, the works of Nietzsche, the works of Raphael, the works of all man, do indeed have an element of “higher order”. But this is simply because these men truly observed their own divine creation, and used it to become deities of their individual crafts.

The moral of this spiel, is that we may all rise ourselves to the levels of great men. We may all create works so vast, so great, that observers cannot look at it as being a product of his fellow man! Is it not interesting? That man can create things of such intense talent that another man’s subconscious may scream “This is God! This is divine!”

I advise against being one of those observers of others
